Elena Belle hailed from Spanish ancestry. She became a glamour and nude model, a previous sex symbol, singer and actress in Sweden. Elena had her first breast augmentation at an early age of 17. According to her, she did the implants because for once, she wanted to feel confident about herself. She used to be so thin while most of her friends got all the curves, making her feel really low about herself.

Moreover, she decided to push through with the surgery due after asserted the issue with her father. Elena also retells how her mother was furious upon learning about her implants. She emphasized that she would never allow breast implants if she had a daughter who was 17 as well.

Belle has appeared in various men’s magazines such as Slitz, Playboy and Moore. She also starred in numerous commercials. Elena joined a reality show named Paradise hotel which was aired from Swedish TV4 in 2005. An interesting event opened up an opportunity of possibly selling her implants on eBay after one of them burst while she was with her boyfriend, having sex.

Although Elena mentioned that her breast implants are already withered, she also said that she needed 49,000 SEK to pay for new breast implants. While Elena gave a thought of having her breast size reduced, most of those living in the Playboy mansion has bigger breasts which eventually pushed her to go with 430g implants. She decided to go through the surgery as she was going to attend the 80th birthday part of Hugh Hefner.

Elena made TV appearances in Swedish shows such as Outsiders, and Dolce Vita where she joined in the discussions about "How It Is To Live With Big Breasts And To Earn Money With Them". After being named as July 2016 Playboy’s Croatian edition “Playmate of the Month”, Belle then made a bold move of doing the reduction of her breast size. She replaced the implants with smaller sizes in 2007.

On an interview by Aftonbladet, Elena mentioned that going around with ginormous implants is really insane. Elena blogged that she got the implants replaced by smaller ones instead of just removing all the silicones as her breasts were already too stretched and might get soggy if the implants were totally removed. She also stated that among the many reasons why she did the reduction is she wanted people to really see her and not just her breasts and stop people from looking at her as a porn star. She also expressed her longing to live life like normal girls.
